Anyway then he tried to take my dads passport away to see someone else and I had to stop him as I wasn’t going to let him take a passport without us being there. We asked if we could check in at the desk where he told us “ no” when asked why he replied by saying “ I don’t know”. You could only check in using the machines and when our passports wouldn’t work a man came over and tried and told us the machine was broken before moving us to another machine, where again it wouldn’t scan our passports.
